About Handling of Personal Information

The Company collects personal information of its Customers for its business operation. Hereinafter, handling of Customers' personal information will be described in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law.

Basic principle of handling personal information by the Company.
The Company will declare its Personal Information Protection Policy, lay down the "Management System for Personal Information Protection by the Company" in order to implement the policy, and implement, improve, and maintain the system by having all its employees (including board members, full-time workers, part-time workers, temporary workers, etc.) and all of those involved fully understand the aim of the system. In principle, the Company will not disclose or provide personal information that it holds, except for cases described below:

Safety Measures for Personal Information held by the Company.

The Company will take legitimate security measures and corrective actions necessary in order to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, and loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information. However, please note that there is no technology to absolutely prevent unauthorized access, and its Customers take responsibility for the risk.

Customers will be entitled to request notification and disclosure of the purpose of use of their own personal information that is held by the Company As a result of such a request, the Customers will be able to request an addition, correction, or deletion of personal information, if necessary. The Company will attend to any inquiries regarding suspension of use or provision of personal information, and deletion of personal information, and complaints and consultations. The Company will pay maximum attention to handling of personal information of its Customers at ages 15 and below. The Company will request that personal information of its Customers at ages 15 and below be registered only with the agreement of their guardians.
